Specification:

This is a one year old, 3 bedroom, Carnaby ‘Dovedale’ 12ft x 35ft static caravan which is extremely well equipped and spacious.

Accommodation:

1 double and 2 twin bedrooms as well as a sprung double fold-out bed concealed within the seating in the lounge. There is also a comfortable separate dining area with table and chairs. The main shower room/toilet/sink is accessible from both the vestibule and the master bedroom which means that locking the door effects an en-suite situation for the main bedroom. In addition, there is a separate WC/wash hand basin. There is ample cupboard space in all rooms and extra room is provided under-seat in the lounge/dining area. Outside there is a decked area around half of the accommodation providing areas for al fresco dining or simply relaxing with either beach or woodland views.

The caravan is situated at plot D10 at LossiemouthBayCaravanPark, EastBeach, Lossiemouth.

Please note – the accommodation is non-smoking throughout and we regret that pets are not allowed. Similarly, no ‘hen’ and ‘stag’ parties.
